Blutip Adds Sales Talent on Three Continents

Blutip has added three new sales directors to handle the growing demand for SmartRFuel products and services on three continents: South Africa, Latin America, and Australia.

Colm Quinn, pictured left, handles South Africa, Cristhian Tomaduz leads sales efforts in Latin America, and Maarten van Diemen heads up Australia and Asia.

Rick Frise Joins Blutip as VP Global Client Solutions

Blutip Power Technologies Inc. (“Blutip”), a leading provider of software control solutions and data analytics services for high horsepower engine applications, Rick Frise has joined Blutip as Vice President – Global Client Solutions. In this role, he will be responsible for the development of Blutip’s client solutions strategy, which will include sales, business development and global account strategy for each of the targeted market segments.

James Lyle Joins Board of Directors

James Lyle is the Founder of Fulmar Advisors, an investment management firm based in Lyford Cay. Prior to starting Fulmar Advisors, James co-founded Millgate Capital, Inc. and served as the Chief Investment Officer for 15 years. Previously he was a Managing Director of Tiger Management Inc., with responsibility for international equity and emerging market investment.

Blutip Highlighted in May issue of International Mining

Blutip Power Technologies provides control solutions for saving fuel, improving operations, and reducing emissions of large diesel-powered
engines. In December 2014, it announced a contract for the supply of Blutip’s Advanced Universal Controller (AUC) for Anglo American’s haul trucks in use at their coal operations in Australia. This agreement was executed after achieving significant fuel savings with Blutip’s AUCs on Caterpillar 797, 793, 789 and 785 series haul trucks at Anglo American’s Dawson, Capcoal and Drayton mines during 2014.
